Donations can be recorded and paid inside HelpOne. You do not need a separate processor login for standard gifts.
Steps
- Open the donor or create the donation record.
- Choose the amount, fund or campaign, and payment method.
- Process the payment.
- Confirm the receipt or acknowledgment is queued.
Failed or declined payments stay on the donation record so you can retry or follow up.
