How to import data

Bring donors, volunteers, and staff over from your old system.

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Import data.
2. Pick where your data comes from: VolunteerHub, Bloomerang, Little Green Light, Neon CRM, or A spreadsheet.
3. Click Choose File and pick your CSV. Each source card explains how to export from that system.

1. Click Read this file.
2. Check what HelpOne found, then finish the import.
