How to set up access groups

Access groups decide what each person can open.

See your groups

Go to Settings > Access. You'll see the groups, from Super Admin down to Basic. Use Search groups to find one.

Add a group

1. Type a name under New group.
2. Click Add.
3. Open the group. Set its Access level, then tick View, Edit, or Delete for each privilege. Turning on Edit also turns on View. Turning on Delete turns on Edit and View.

The Super Admin group keeps every privilege, so you can never lock yourself out.

Check what someone sees

Click Preview this group, or use the Preview as menu at the top of the sidebar.

Tip: Give each group only what it needs.
