Your free trial
The strip at the top of every page shows how many days are left. No card is needed during the trial.
- Click Upgrade when you're ready to keep HelpOne.
- Click Talk to Edward if you have questions.
Billing & account
Go to Settings > Billing & account.
- Free month: enter a Code and click Apply code. It moves your next charge out by a month. It doesn't change your price.
- Billing: fill in Legal name, Billing email, Phone, Street, City, State, and Postal code. Click Save billing.
- Click Download invoices for your invoices.
- Click Download all data for a full copy of your records.
- Start closing is for closing your account. Email hello@helponesoftware.com first if you're unsure.
HelpOne never stores your card number on this page.
