Policy books in HelpOne are living documents. Chapters stay together, and you can export a current PDF when you need a snapshot.
Steps
- Go to Policies & Procedures.
- Click New Policy Book (or New Policy).
- Add a title, who it applies to, and the first chapter.
- Save.
You can add more chapters later without starting a new book.
